if you have this staff in PRESEARING

+7energy is very good (+8e is max)
dmg 8-13 is on the low side but still oké (10-16 is max)
HRS 9% is GREAT (this is max)
-20% blind is crap realy crap
+ 5 armor is good but not in demand
+28HP is valued at 3k (28hp is max)

so overal if you can sell this staff in presearing you can get around 4-5k~

BUT: Curses is not that desirable in PRE (so hard to sell) and it is pretty high req also

=> and also i see it's prenerf but i don't see i going for much money because there are better staffs now

maybe a collector wil pick it up GL
